Forum upgrade 3/12-3/13

There will be an upgrade of the forum this weekend (3/12-3/13). During that period there may be periods where the forum is not available. Once the upgrade is complete a notice will be posted here confirming that the forum is operational.

The upgrade has been postponed to the weekend of 3/12-3/13.
